Settled off of North Ryoshiama Coast, there lies a deep whirlpool which leads to an underwater palace, called commonly the Dragon Palace. The Water Dragon and the Dragonians live here in peace under a fair Dragonian Queen. The Water Dragon guards the Dragonians to make sure that no monsters or unworthy people approach. The place is completely secluded underwater, and could only even be accessed if the whirlpool galaxy is visible in the sky at night.
